Light Sensing Inihibitor: BBa_I15008 (21A iGEM2006 DNA-2), BBa_I15009 (21C iGEM2006 DNA-2), BBa_I15010 (Must be used in E.coli deficient in natural EnvZ.), BBa_R0082 (15P iGEM2006 DNA-1)
Assembly of parts
Here are instructions for transforming DNA into cells and creating our own stock of DNA from the 2006 iGEM plates as well as figuring out where your part is on the plates.
Note: Any DNA in the DNA 1 plate is Ampicillin resistant but the DNA 2 plate contains either Ampicillin, Ampicillin-Kanamycin, and Kanamycin resistant DNA...we're still figuring out how to determine each part's resistance.
