HOMEWORK!!! (this will make my workshop shorter)

  • 1. You need to make 3% BSA in 10mM Acedic Acid. Do all the necessary calculations. (If you don't know where to start, don't be discouraged - we'll show you on Monday June 5th).
  • 2. You need to make 2 liters of the following solution (all are liquids except for the salt): 10% glycerol, 0.9% NaCl, 0.01% Tween 20, 0.01% Tween 80. Show calculations.
