How can we get full registry 256 plates sooner?

This should be much easier next year since the Registry now has full-time staff and has control over the DNA Repository.

The current plan is to ask this year's teams for copies of their parts after the Jamboree and make a 384-well plate (or two). Those plates will be sent to this year's participants some time in December.

Also, we have funds to sequence the inventory for quality control. -Randy
