It means first and foremost that we are here to help you and your team.  If you have questions, comments, gripes, suggestions, or other ideas about iGEM, we want to hear from you.  All the ambassadors will be working to put help information on the wiki or make other changes that will (hopefully) benefit all teams.  We'll be trying to visit each of the schools and learning more about you and your projects.  Note: if you have a problem with your ambassador, you should contact Randy Rettberg.
