- Herve : The phenotype could be extremely cool. The feasibility might be problematic. Another approach easier to get these waves on the plates would be to use an oscillator.

This might be coupled with some aggregation projects.

For example :

Pop A expressing aggregation factor a (induced by X) Pop B expressing aggregation factor b (induced by X)

When popA reaches a certain density, induction of the oscillator which will control the expression of a factor c

Factor c induces the expression of GFP in the pop B.

Clusters of pop B should loose their mobility with increasing size. They should then respond to the waving induction for the expression of GFP (that we can coupled with some degradation peptide in order to reduce the half life of the GFP molecule)
