Background

• Final-year Engineering Masters student at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Systems-engineering along with nanotech., microsystem design & biology options

• Member of the Cambridge team in iGEM 2005

• iGEM 2006 Ambassador full-time

• Starting PhD in Biological Science in Jim Haseloff's Lab, Department of Plant & Microbial Sciences, University of Cambridge in October 2006

Away from the lab...

I play soccer for my College First XI and I'm also the Social Secretary for the three men's teams - that obviously fills a lot of my time but I do have a keen & active interest in film and music.
