I am a Phd student at Imperial College London under the supervision of Prof Kitney. The research project deals with modelling multicellular Synthetic Biology systems. We are implementing a framework allowing to model from gene expression to population behaviour.

Research Interests

  • Computational Biology: stochastic processes, Petri Nets, Agent Based modelling.
  • Synthetic Biology and the wetlab work involved.
  • Laboratory Information System.

Education

  • PhD candidate at Imperial College London
  • M.Sc, ENST Paris and ERASMUS exchange at ETSIT Madrid.

Project
