Notes
- Tried to reproduce Sept 21 results using Module 1 (GFP), but no dependence on IPTG
- Some points were removed from analysis due to abnormally low absorbance values
- Also tested LacI production through part J06501. With increasing Arabinose more LacI should be produced and thus more repression of GFP, which seems to be indicated below
