Concept
The light in the morning leaking from a gap between the curtains... this morning lights calls and awakes the E. coli.
Suprise!!
The E. coli become bigger and bigger like BALLOON!!!

When growing...
The movement of the E. coli can be obvered with the naked eyes!
"Big" E. coli is easily sorted by FACS!
Make much more proteins/cell!

The E. coli doesn't have photoreceptor. But...
We have Cph8(utwxas/uCSF;iGEM2005)in our hand

The E. coli divides the cells by forming "partition". So...
'Expression of the enzyme in septem formation is knocked-down.
