Results
- Simon gave us some papers about zinc-fingers and due to him and Alex there should be a lot (in the sense of many different target DNA sequences) of zinc fingers (Isalan01, Beerli02, Mani05).
- We checked via internet if there are available zinc-finger sequences we can just use and integrate in our system. We really found some (for example [http://ca.expasy.org/sprot/ here]) and also the corresponding target genes (unfortunately the targets are complete genes and we were not able yet to look if it is known to which part the corresponding zinc-fingers bind).
- We discussed what and how we want to present the NOR-module on Thursday.
- Alex introduced the visual tetrahedron solution for the representation of the combination of the NOR-modules.
