Concept
The light in the morning leaking from a gap between the curtains... this morning lights calls and awakes the E. coli.
Suprise!!
The E. coli become bigger and bigger like BALLOON!!!

The movement of the E. coli can be obvered with the naked eyes !
"Big" E. coli is easily sorted by FACS !
