Instructors
Dr Raul Cuero, Phd.
Eric Bonsui
Eric Bonsui,Ph.D (Med. Chemistry), Research Scientist Area of Expertise: Drug Design and Development and Synthesis. Computational analysis leading to prediction and assessment of potential molecular targets in Synthetic Biology.
Participants
Samuel N.Nahashon, Ph.D
Samuel, from Machakos, Kenya is currently working on Molecular and Immunological methods for Detection of Biological and Chemical Agents as well as Functional Genomics regulating growth and nutrient utilization in food animals.
Anthony Okello Ananga
Anthony is from Nyakach, Kenya and currently his goal is geared towards using molecular techniques to understand gene interactions of fungal pathogens in Brassica species.
Dr. Quinton C. Meyer, PhD
My broad interest in molecular biology and genetic engineering has led me to various diverse topics of study. These include the construction and testing of subunit vaccine delivery systems (particularly HIV vaccines), adult stem cell isolation and characterization as well as the development of new methods for the recovery of functional genes from complex DNA samples.
