- Dominic: I've added the protocol of today's meeting, but there are many things to discuss further. Also I think we should solve stage 3 with real [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quorum_sensing quorum sensing], i.e. A sensing a1 as opposed to B sensing a1. And of course, as we discussed, things can always be solved in an easier or more complex way (e.g. 3.2 division control or AND dependence in 4.2) - but the more complex, the more interesting of course.

- Dominic: I've made a major edit of the concept (see Basic Concept II). I've added lots of details, questions, and thoughts. Quite obviously, that doesn't mean that this is now the definite way to go. But I hope it makes the discussion, the feasability study, and the evaluation easier. If you have additional questions or comments, add them in the corresponding list. If you find answers, start an answers section with corresponding labeling A to keep track of things, i.e.
