From 2006.igem.org
I was born in February-1983 at Valencia, in a snowy day.
Now I´m studying my last year of Physics Sciences at the University of Valencia.
I have chosen the branch of Theorical Physics; I think this is one of the best ways of entering on the science world, because it provides the student with an useful "abstract way of thinking" and with some of the most sofisticated mathematical tools, but my research interest is not centered on this area specifically (see below).
In this sense, I love multidisciplinarity. I see our actual level of mathematical and physical understanding of the world as a good begining, but I think that if we want to go deep inside into the amazing and non-understood phenomena that our universe offers, we have to break with specialized formation, and form not only multidisciplinar groups but multidisciplinar researchers too.
Scientifical Interests
I have to break my scientifical interests in two: those which I see important from a formative point of view, and those wich I see atractive from the research point of view.
Formative ones:
Even after being graduated, and I wish until the end of my life, I will continue learning tools and topics from all branches of science. Actually, I am so interested in areas like quantum field fheory (mainly particle interactions and quantum gravity), non linear and quantum optics, classical and quantum statistical mechanics, general relativity and its applications or theory of computation and digital control, among others
