AND-4, Input Range [0 .. 1]

I could get any and-like behavior. Tried out various parameter settings. If there is still an error in the ODE's, I couldn't find it.

One of the best results looked like this (which is definitely not an and) - and all simulations looked pretty similar: ETH Sim And4 0-1.jpg
