- Have schools submit projects online as formal submission. All teams will assume they are to present posters and bring them. Perhaps all teams will prepare PPT presentations but X teams will be selected on short notice for final presentations and all others present posters. Presenting a talk is a reward for creating a robust wiki.
- Publish projects in a journal as a collective proceedings, as long as contributors meet community standards?
- Assembly process needs to be improved.
- Need better registry annotation (a curator??).
- Smaller parts list with better annotation, maybe 2 tiers, better annotation.
- Need for better communication (Ambassador program), needed for scaling.
- Need instructors to communicate more (teleconferences)
- Don’t sit with your friends; try to meet new people.
- New teams might want a older sibling team. How do teams develop institutional memory when teams are made of undergraduates continue to graduate?
- Move jamboree to another time? January? September? Don’t move it?
- A social event instead of a working evening Saturday night.
