I am a Phd student at Imperial College London under the supervision of Prof Kitney. The research project deals with modelling multicellular Synthetic Biology systems. We are implementing a framework allowing to model from gene expression to population behaviour.
Research Interests
- Computational Biology: stochastic processes, Petri Nets, Agent Based modelling.
- Synthetic Biology and the wetlab work involved.
- Laboratory Information System.
Education
- PhD candidate at Imperial College London
- M.Sc, ENST Paris and ERASMUS exchange at ETSIT Madrid.
Project
