My broad interest in molecular biology and genetic engineering has led me to various diverse topics of study. These include the construction and testing of subunit vaccine delivery systems (particularly HIV vaccines), adult stem cell isolation and characterization as well as the development of new methods for the recovery of functional genes from complex DNA samples.
