Notes

  • DH5a-z1 were diluted at a 1:10 ratio
  • Used untransformed DH5a-z1 as a control (measured auto-fluorescence)
  • Data indicates functionality of GFP (E0240) and mRFP (I13507) as well as the concentration dependent responsiveness of LacI +pL promoter (R0011) to IPTG
