Day 1

• Made 400ml of LB
• Prepared 20 kanamycin plates
• Have several ampicillin plates ready

Day 2

• Registry parts were extracted, extra samples were fridged for future use
• Transformations are performed on the 12 parts needed to construct cell-see-us, we will verify the problematic parts that UofT mentioned as well as begin the construction of last year's model

Day 3

• Bacteria colonies grew on all plates! So far so good.

Next Step

• Meeting next week to continue the construction, the plates will be stored away until then
