Week 3 3rd - 7th July. Objectives to be completed by Friday
Objectives for the arsenic sensor:
Assess the effects of the:
1) bacterial population density on Ph
2) growth phase on Ph change
3) concentration of lactose on Ph
4) time on Ph
All these effects are to be measured on the Ph of the liquid cultures with the Lacz degicient strain of E-coli.
Objectives for the 3d structure builder:
1) Determine whether to use the Urease or Phosphatase enzyme to precipitate a solid substrate
