Short story: Mata Hari and IMTEK-logo
Alice likes Bob. Alice wants to send a secret message (IMTEK-logo) to Bob. Mata Hari is an attacker; she can capture the message between Alice and Bob.
Alice codes the IMTEK-logo into a set of staples using a key (scaffold DNA) next she synthesizes the set of oligos and finally sends a tube with oligos to Bob. Mata Hari could amplify and sequence these oligos, but she can’t understand it, because she doesn’t know the key. If Bob got the message tube, he put DNA-scaffold into the tube to do a hybridization assembling. After that he observes the message by AFM.
Mata Hari has no any chance to know that Alice sent to Bob. They’re happy!
