2006 Jamboree Location and Directions

MIT campus in vicinity of Stata Center

Click here for the 2006 Jamboree Information Packet, which includes the schedule, map of events, connection instructions for the mit wifi network, and a copy of the artistic release form which you will be asked to sign when you register once arriving at the Jamboree.

The Jamboree will be held at MIT's [http://web.mit.edu/evolving/buildings/stata/index.html Stata Center], also known as Building 32.

To get to Stata from Logan Airport:

By taxi - Taxi fare from the airport is about $20-$25. During non-rush hour, the taxi ride will take about 15 minutes. During rush hour, the ride could take 30 minutes or more.

By subway - From any terminal at Logan Airport, take the Silver Line bus to South Station. At South Station, change to the Red Line subway to Kendall/MIT (inbound toward Alewife). Under normal conditions the ride will take about one-half hour and the fare is $1.25.

Hotels around MIT are expensive ($250-$350), but lower rates (about $120) can be found nearby, within a short cab or subway ride.
